In what ways is it different from other parcel service ?

Firstly, this service is available only on a contactual basis to corporsate customers who send parcels regularly or in large volumes.

Secondly, the Express Parcel Post items get a separate and preferential treatment in sorting and transmission.This is why it assures guaranteed delivery within a specific time frame. 

What are the other Special features of Express parcel Post, compared to other traditional parcel post items?

Express Parcel Post is a special value added services for our regular corporate customers, who deal in large volumes, with the following features :

• Credit facility is available to those corporate customers who enroll themselves as BNPL (Book Now Pay   Later) customers.
• Volume based discounts are available and customers are given free pick up facility.
  
• VPP service on payment of VPP charges.
  
• Insurance facilities is also available on Express Parcel Post.

Is there any weight limit or restriction about the dimension of the EPP items ?

The maximum weight limit for an EPP item is 35 kgs. EPP items should not exceed 1.50 meters for any one dimension, or 3 meters for the sum of lemgth and the greatest circumference measured in one dimension other than that of the length.

What can be consigned under Express Parcel Post ?

Anything may be sent through Express Parcel Post except certain class of articles that are prohibited under Rule 19,19A & 20 of the Indian Post Office Act, 1898.

Based on the distance and weight of the parcel, the rate structure is as follows:

Is Satisfaction Guaranteed ?

Yes. If the delivery norms are not met, charges will be refunded. In case of loss or damage, the compensation is limited toRs. 500 or actual value of Parcel Post / damaged, whichever is less.  If it is insured the insured amount is payable. Track & Trace facility can also be provided for EPP articles.
